"We appointed Jelly Associates as our professional quantity surveyors for the construction of a £12.00 million factory extension and refurbishment to accommodate nine new production lines producing sliced ham and other related products for our major food retailing customer, Waitrose Ltd..
Jelly Associates worked closely with our appointed Project Manager, Architect and Structural Engineer to form the team which produced an excellent building which has received high praise from Waitrose Ltd. The building was delivered on time and within the budget.
