Jelly Associates

Jelly Associates offer the following services as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager and can tailor the services provided to suit each individual Client's particular requirements.

Initial Design Proposal

	Preparation of Budget Estimate to assist the Client in establishing the outline feasibility of the Project.
	Detailed estimates to develop the Project to a stage when the Client is satisfied that they have an acceptable estimate of their full requirements before going out to Tender.
	Advice on selection of specialist consultants.

Tendering Procedure

	Advice on selection of tendering contractors.
	Preparation of Employer's Requirements document to record in detail what is required by the Client with respect to the Project.
	Co-ordinating the work of other selected consultants to ensure that the developed design meets the Employer's Requirements and Statutory Regulations.
	Analysis of tenders to ascertain the preferred contractor for the Project.

	Management of Project Team including chairing regular meetings and ensuring compliance with construction programme.
	Monitoring the construction work, identifying potential delays and advising on methods of avoiding or minimising such delay.
	Preparation of snagging schedules and co-ordinating the completion of the items to the satisfaction of the Project Team.

Financial Control

	Production of cash flow forecast at the commencement of the Project in conjunction with the appointed contractor to assist the Client in ascertaining the anticipated expenditure during the Project.
	Preparation of interim valuations of the works constructed for payment to the contractor.
	Monitoring any variations to the works that may have a financial consequence.
	Production of regular financial statements to the Client demonstrating an overall view of the Project costs together with current and anticipated expenditure.
	At the end of the Project a final account is issued to the Client recording all variations to the works and the total cost as agreed with the contractor.

Project Management

Jelly Associates can offer a Project Management service tailored to meet the requirements of the Client. This may range from assisting and advising a Client's 'in-house' project managers, through to acting as independent Project Managers overseeing the entire project.
