Jelly Associates have recently completed a £2 million extension and major refurbishment for Uniq Prepared Foods when they transferred all of their dessert production from their Paignton factory to Minsterley. The project was completed on time and within budget despite the Principal Contractor going into administration in the middle of the construction programme.
